Step 2 : Fill Up all the details.
Step 3: Pay the form fees through Fund Transfer to the below mentioned Bank details:

Class IX and Class XI- Rs.500

Step 4: Scan the filled up form using Adobe Scan/Scanner into Image(.jpg/.jpeg) file format.

Step 7: Send Scanned Admission Form To School Mail Id : crescent1987_school@rediffmail.com
